Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use our site or make a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances unless an item is received faulty. Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of delivery, including photographic evidence. Requests outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Shipping & Delivery
UK Shipping – £5 (Royal Mail or Evri)
Europe – £12.50
International – £21
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days, but delays may occur and are outside of our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We do not operate under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. For orders delivered outside of the UK, you (the customer) are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes (including VAT), or customs clearance charges required by your country.
If these charges are unpaid and your parcel is returned, held, or destroyed, no refunds will be issued. We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delivery delays or parcels lost by the courier (Royal Mail, Evri, or others).
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you accept full responsibility, and no refund will be issued. Similarly, if a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be given.

All transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
