Kaizen Clothing Club – Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use our site or make a purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

UK Shipping – £5 (Royal Mail or Evri)
Europe – £6.25
International – £11
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days, but delays may occur and are outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ship worldwide with our fulfilment partners, and all import VAT for EU orders is prepaid — you will not be charged extra fees on delivery.

For customers outside the EU, most orders will also arrive without any additional charges. In the rare case your local customs office applies a fee, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances unless an item is received faulty. Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of delivery, including photographic evidence. Requests outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delivery delays or parcels lost by the courier (Royal Mail, Evri, or others).
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you accept full responsibility, and no refund will be issued. Similarly, if a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be given.

All transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
